Simon Scott is a sonic artist, multi-instrumentalist, sound ecologist and songwriter from Cambridge, UK. His latest album (and journal) 'Below Sea Level' is out now on Touch. Also known for being the longtime drummer of Slowdive, he has also released work with 12k and KESH.
loscil is a project from Scott Morgan, a longtime Vancouver BC resident whose work has been released by Kranky, Ghostly International, and Italy's Glacial Movements. His latest full length entitled Sea Island, is available on Kranky now.
Marcus Fischer is a multi-disciplinary artist based in Portland, Oregon. His vast range of work explores the crossings of electro-acoustic composition and manipulation of sounds found in the natural world. His work has been released by 12k (including collaborative projects with Taylor Deupree), Kesh + Tench, Flaming Pines, as well as being featured in NPR's Radiolab.
Dweomer and No Parades are Portland artists who are collaborating for the first time, blending vintage synthesizers, field recordings, and a combined interest in improvised sonic environments.
